Postpartum Rehab
Being a mom is amazing and let’s be honest…hard. Your body went through a huge transformation emotionally, mentally, and physically. Postpartum bodies need additional attention and focused rehab on the pelvic floor and abdominals, which went through an traumatic event…birth. Just doing Kegels might not be enough. Postpartum women often suffer incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, and more. This class will focus on movements to connect with your pelvic floor and increase abdominal engagement. The goal is to work on the finer movements needed to support your life of being a Mom. This class is for anyone regardless of how old your child is. The class meets Mondays at noon.
