Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world during this half-day retreat designed to restore mind, body, and spirit.

Set among the forests of our Hopkinton Outdoor Center—long known for unforgettable summer camp experiences—we’re excited to introduce a new wellness offering centered on nature, movement, and mindfulness for adults and teens.

🌿 Guided meditation & nature-based wellness practices

Led by experienced YMCA instructors, this retreat is perfect for experienced yogis and beginners alike seeking a restorative way to embrace spring.

Instructors:
 
Victoria 
Over 1,500 hours of teaching experience. Certified in aerial yoga, chair yoga, Reiki master, and myofascial release.
 
Kathleen
Teaching yoga and wellness for more than 25 years. Certifications include Kirpalu's 500 yoga teacher certification. Certified in trauma-sensitive yoga, yoga for cancer and the heart, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, and balance training.
