Designed for mothers and daughters, participants will be introduced to the principles of aikijutsu and jujitsu. You'll learn proper punching, kicking, and blocking forms; how to fall without getting hurt; and some takedowns and throws. This is a full-contact class; there will be simulated combat. Wear loose clothing; no shoes will be worn during class. Long hair should be tied back.
Limited space available. Class will take place at the Framingham Branch in the back half of the gymnasium.
