Our full-service Framingham Branch proudly supports the MetroWest area, offering a gym, pool, Wellness Center, programs, and summer camps. This is where you come to build relationships, pursue your goals, and try something new with the support of our staff and other members.
Building Stronger Communities
Supporting our neighbors and each other is at the heart of what we do. Year-round programs are available to nurture healthy living for all ages and serve those in need throughout our local community, including:
- FREE health intervention programs designed to help people prevent and manage chronic conditions and create opportunities for social connection
- Food access programs to fight food insecurity and provide nourishing meals to our neighbors
- Teen development opportunities that focus on academic achievement, volunteerism, career exploration, workforce development, and leadership

We offer programs and memberships to people of all ages, including fitness, sports, personal training, nutrition consultations, weight loss, swimming, water aerobics, enrichment classes, and more!

Child Watch
At the Framingham Branch, our Child Watch program lets youth ages 2 months to 10 years enjoy free play or activities in a safe, supportive environment while their parents focus on their well-being. Activities for children may include painting, crafts, reading, STEM projects, or music. While little ones are playing, parents can exercise, swim, take a class, shower, or read a book in our lobby.
This is a benefit for full-access Framingham members.
