Stingrays Swim Team
Hopkinton Outdoor Center
The Hopkinton Stingrays Swim Team is a fun, recreation-based summer team for swimmers ages 6–13 who are new to competitive swimming. Practices run throughout the summer and lead up to the MetroWest Summer Swim League and Championships.

Youth Swim Lessons
Ages 6 months - 13 years
Young swimmers will learn to become strong and confident in the water while learning different stroke techniques.

Lifeguard Training
Ages 15+
The American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification course is for those training for the first time or for those whose certifications have expired. As a lifeguard, you will help maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas while building positive relationships with members, participants, and other staff.

Water Fitness Classes
Ages 18+
Water fitness offers incredible options if you want a cardiovascular or full-body workout without putting as much pressure on your joints and muscles.

Adult Swim Lessons
Ages 18+
Whether you don't know how to swim or you don't feel comfortable in the water, lessons at the Y will help you develop your swim skills and build confidence over time.
