Nutritious Meals for Youth

Youth ages 18 and under eat FREE Monday through Friday from 3:00pm - 5:00pm at the Changemaker Cafe, Framingham Branch.

When school is out, the Y is in for free meals for youth ages 18 and under

Summer Eats provides free meals to kids and teens ages 18 and under at locations all across Massachusetts during the summer months! No registration or ID is required.

Cooking for Kids and Teens in Framingham

Kid Chefs

Ages 6-9 | Framingham Branch
Kids will learn basic skills in the kitchen and gain confidence in using new kitchen equipment and cooking techniques. Each week we will enjoy a new recipe together!

Teen Chefs

Ages 10-16 | Framingham Branch
Each week teens will build upon their culinary skills, learning and building confidence with new knife skills and cooking techniques. We will cook and eat healthy, delicious recipes each week!
