The Y: Everywhere You Are
YMCA360 is an on-demand video platform that offers group exercise classes, youth sports, training, and well-being classes. It's available on desktop, app, and across multiple streaming devices, which means you can still work toward your goals and stay connected when you can't come see us at the Y.
Through YMCA360, you can:
- Enjoy over 800 on-demand and live-stream videos, like fitness classes, kids' classes, and more.
- Access the Framingham Branch gym, GroupEx, pool, and pickleball schedules.
- Make reservations for GroupEx classes.
*Please note that YMCA360 is free and only available to active Y members.
