MOSSA is a pre-choreographed group fitness program designed to get your body moving. We'll be offering a free viewing of the new July programming where you can try 30 minutes of:
- Group Fight, 9am - 9:30am
- Group Active, 9:45am - 10:15am
- Group Power, 10:30am - 11am
