We have some fun opportunities this fall to get moving, connect with others, and give back.

Fall ll starts on October 28 and runs until December 22. Member registration is now open! Community registration opens on Tuesday, October 15.

Health and Fitness

Our small group fitness classes, nutrition programs, free group exercise (members) and health intervention programs, and personal training offer you the support and guidance needed to achieve your health goals and thrive.

Aquatics and Swim

Discover why the Y is called "America's swim instructor." We offer lessons for all levels and ages (starts at six months,) plus water fitness classes for adults. 

Youth perpetual swim classes allow you to choose your time slot and keep it for the whole school year!

Sports

Kids ages three through twelve love our basketball, soccer, hockey, pickleball, and leagues at the Framingham Branch.

Adults can participate in pickleball clinics and games, as well as pick-up basketball at the Framingham Branch and Hopkinton Outdoor Center.

Enrichment for All Ages

Youth enrichment classes and cooking classes are held at the Framingham Branch. We also offer cooking classes and one-time events for all ages, as well as art and nature classes at the Hopkinton Outdoor Center. 

Adventure & Outdoors

Try indoor and outdoor archery, scale our 50-foot indoor rock-climbing wall, or learn to belay, test our zip circuit or low and high ropes course at our Hopkinton Outdoor Center. 

Customized team-building programs are available for corporate groups and schools. 

Youth Gymnastics, Ninja. Dance, Martial Arts

Youth ages 2-13 can build new skills, strengthen muscles, gain balance and coordination, and meet new friends in our ninjas, gymnastics, dance, and karate programs at the Framingham Branch.

Families, Grown-up and Child

The Y has fun for the whole family! Play together, learn new things together, and spend quality time this fall. 

Preschool (Ages 2.6 -5)

Our youngest friends enjoy sports, dance, gymnastics, enrichment, and swim! Check out perpetual swim lessons this fall. 

School Age (Ages 5-13)

Youth build skills, confidence, and teamwork through expanded offerings like sports leagues, cooking, adventure, fitness, and swim.

Teen, Adult, Senior

Fitness offerings ramp up for this age group, as do nutrition, aquatics, adventure, and evidence-based health intervention programs.
